The lawnmower rates a five but i had to take a star off for the bent wheel height adjuster which broke off when i bent it back. Contacted Amazon and I am waiting for their response. Starts extreemly easy. The mower is quiet and mulches very well. Even damp grass unlike some other reviewers have said.great value just fix the containers Amazon.
